Dry Reds
2021 Chambourcin
Hampstead grown French-American hybrid grape w/a beautiful garnet color, jammy dark fruit flavors & spicy plum. Soft & medium bodied.
Serving suggestions: grilled vegetables, poultry, ham or your favorite beef dish.

2023 Cabernet Franc
Dark, smooth & toasty with flavors of plum, spice & white pepper on the finish. 8% Petite Verdot was blended with the Cabernet Franc giving it additional complexity.
Serving suggestions: barbeque, burgers, dark chocolate

2023 Merlot
This all Westminster MD grown Merlot has notes of black cherry, blackberry, plum and raspberry. It is a medium bodied wine with supple tannins making it very approachable for any meal.
Serving suggestions: grilled vegetables, poultry, ham or your favorite beef dish.

2022 Basilisk
A lively blend of all locally grown Cabernet Franc (75%), Cabernet Sauvignon (16%) & Syrah (9%) with aromas of black cherry, current & mocha.

Our all MD grown Syrah has notes of licorice,
blackberry, plum and cherry & finishes with soft, juicy tannins.

2022 Malbec
This all MD grown Malbec is medium bodied & spicy with notes of dark fruit such as cherry & plum. Soft tannins round out the finish.

2016 Vintner’s Cabernet
(Sold Out)
Barrel aged in French oak for 3 years, this ruby red Cabernet Sauvignon is vibrant with fresh flavors of plum & hints of cherry. Very smooth finish.
Serving suggestions: hearty steaks, lamb, duck
Medusa 2023 (Cabernet Sauvignon)
Our very limited, 100% all locally grown Cabernet Sauvignon is dark with notes plum & black cherry and grippy tannins on the finish. Only 36 cases produced.
Serving suggestions: steak, red sauce pastas, or chocolate brownies.

2023 Viognier
Made from all locally grown grapes, this wine has mouth watering notes of spice, apricot, peach, & honeysuckle. 2024 MD Governor’s cup award winner!

2023 Pinot Gris
Vibrant fruitiness of ripe pear & apple. This French varietal was harvested from Mt Airy, MD and is crisp and refreshing! 2024 MD Governor’s cup award winner!

2024 Sauvignon Blanc
This all Maryland wine features notes of lime zest, grapefruit & green apple with a hint of minerality. Prominent citrus notes lead to a long, tangy & refreshing finish.

2021 Seyval Blanc
Crisp wine with high acidity & notes of citrus,
green apple & honeydew melon; made from all
local fruit from Baltimore County.

2021 Serpent’s Melody SOLD OUT
This melodious blend of 75% Albariño, 20%Vidal Blanc and 5%Seyval Blanc has characteristics of tropical fruit & nice acidity. A summertime favorite!

2025 Albarino
Notes of apricots, pineapple & pears, with a hint of minerality excite your senses. This Spanish white varietal is crisp with an enormous bouquet.

This vintage is a dry red blend of all Carroll County grown Chambourcin & Cabernet Franc and is fondly named after our beloved vineyard kitty. Being bold & earthy, it pairs well with grilled meat & vegetables.

2023 Cabernet Rosé-Reserve SOLD OUT
Made exclusively with our home vineyard fruit, this wine has notes of strawberry, citrus zest, and watermelon; light pink due to short skin
contact.
2025 Rosé of Merlot
Crafted from locally grown Merlot grapes, this Rosé bursts with notes of plum and watermelon. It’s balanced acidity and crisp finish make this a year-round favorite. Its salmon hue comes from brief skin contact before fermentation

2023 Vidal Blanc
All MD grown Vidal Blanc with notes of ripe
pineapple, peach, and apricot, complemented by subtle floral hints of honeysuckle and orange blossom (at 1% residual sugar).

This port-style wine is a blend of 3 of our red grapes (Cab Sauv, Cab Franc & Sangiovese. You’ll note lush berry and slight raspberry on the finish. 3% R.S.& 20% alcohol.
